- Implement and follow up on the credit review procedures following Global Corporate Guideline.
- Monitor China critical customers payment status and ensure the related KPIs achievements.
- Lead on the execution of corresponding credit risk management processes following Global/Reginal policies or projects.
- Provide the comprehensive credit analysis and be a business partner & solution provider to BUs on customer credit risk management and end-to-end debtor management
- Customer credit review and approval in a disciplined way.
- Pro-actively engage with cross-team stakeholders and continuously drive the order-to-cash process optimization.
- Lead / participate on ad-hoc global / regional / local projects related to CCRM tasks.
- Lead / provide the comprehensive credit analysis for strategic customers or important industries.
Requirements:
- Education: bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration discipline, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Working Experience: 10+ years’ extensive experience in credit / risk management areas or other finance analysis areas
- Strong analytical knowledge and skill
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with ability to translate business requirements into financial risks and controls
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong, clear, and precise verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese
- Reliable, critical thinking, determined and hard work.
