YOUR TEAM

Within the division “Corporate Services” we are looking for a dynamic and curious new colleague who is ready to shape the future of corporate services. Your division is responsible for Employee Experiences & Mobility Services, Real Estate Strategy & Site Management, Corporate Security & Environment and Health& Safety. This tasks includes the implementation of all corporate goals for the entire CARIAD SE with regard to the following topics:


  • Environment (environmental protection, environmental goals and ECMS)
  • Corporate Security (corporate security e.g. know-how property protection, prototype protection, access systems, personal protection, security abroad, investigations, crisis management)
  • Location Strategy & Workspace evolution (location development and location strategies, location operation of all locations, development and definition of a new type of cooperation model)
  • Employee Experience Services such as mobility solutions (short-term mobility, company car and leasing business, mobility solutions e.g.: flight, train, public transport and business trips)
  • Corporate Benefits (sports, childcare offers, special offers and company loyalty bonuses)
  • Food & Beverage (employee supply internally and externally, hospitality policy)
  • Health & Safety (e.g. leading a taskforce team in case of pandemics, offering of health services ,etc.)
  • Postal Processes, in line with the corporate strategy of CARIAD SE
This includes all necessary decisions to ensure the implementation and continuous development/tracking of all requirements and measures for the legal capacity of the company in all the above-mentioned subject areas, taking into account legal and collective bargaining standards, company agreements and group or company guidelines as well as DIN/ISO standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Leading 4 teams with a total of 48 employees
  • Definition, implementation and continuous development of a novel, nationally and internationally uniform, innovative and at the same time intercultural applicable standard for cooperation and office space conception in CARIAD SE.
  • Development of a national and international location strategy and derivation of a concrete location selection. Leading discussions with landlords and negotiating contracts. Carry out price and contract negotiations.
  • Holistic responsibility for the creation, implementation and continuous development of national and international, competitive and sustainable employee experience instruments to increase the employer attractiveness of CARIAD SE. Development of independent company guidelines on employee experience services (e.g. on company vehicles, business trips, hospitality guidelines, etc.).
  • Management of the initial establishment, implementation and further development of a sustainable and certifiable environmental compliance management system including the associated functions, processes (guideline for CARIAD national and international) and control bodies. Implementation of all measures necessary to comply with ISO 14001:2015 including the definition of the environmental goals for CARIAD SE in line with the group goals.
  • Management of Health & Safety topics and development of respective concepts, e.g. leading a crisis team (e.g. Corona); Development of a protection concept in coordination with the interface partners, including coordination with the works council.
  • Conceptual design, establishment and management of a holistic security organization for CARIAD SE, e.g. object, prototype and fire protection, access authorization system, know-how protection (NDA, non-disclosure agreements) at all national and international properties and locations of CARIAD SE.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in corporate services
  • Minimum 7 years leadership practice with experience in leading intercultural teams
  • Overarching, cross functional & cross-cultural management competencies
  • Experiences in project management (time management / planning / monitoring)
  • Excellent capabilities in communication and negotiation
  • High ability to solve problems
  • Highly structured, analytical and self-organized
  • Excellent business language skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Readiness for occasional business travelling
